My Policies
Here you'll find my shop's policies. My goal is to make sure all my customers are happy with their purchase and understand their rights as a customer.
CHOKING HAZARD and Proper Age For my Items (13 and up)
Although my items are cute and built to be sturdy they are for teen (13+) and adult art collectors only. They are collectible one of kind items, not toys for young children. These items are not intended to be roughly handled or to be played with by young children. The small parts on some of my items can be choking hazards if removed and swallowed by a young child, keep them out of reach of little ones for their safety.
Printful Fufillment
I work with a print on demand service called Printful to fulfill some of my product orders. Prinftful is a printing service and when you make a purchase of certain products in my shop they (not me) create the item and ship it to you.I always state which items are from Pritful in the item's description so you know ahead of time. I do not handle the item, make it, or ship it. I provide the artwork and designs and they print on the product for you, and me and Printful both get a cut of the profit. This means your Printful items will ship separate (from their printing locations) from my handmade items, that ship from my studio. Please be aware that Printful processing times, shipping times and policies differ from mine. If you have an issue with your order you will need to go through Printful to either have the item replaced or your money refunded. Please be aware Printful doesn't allow returns for switching sizes so make sure you check the sizing menus before ordering and order correctly. If you have an issue with your Printful order feel free to reach out to me, but keep in mind you'll need to contact Printful yourself if there is an issue with your order, I can't do it for you. Also be aware you'll need to provide images showing any damage or flaws in your reason for returning the item.

Re-Selling My Work
Customers are allowed to re-sell my art dolls/art toys if it's a personal doll and you need the funds or no longer want the item. Customers are not allowed to buy multiple dolls/toys from me and then re-sell them for profit. If I find out a customer is buying multiple dolls and re-selling them for profit, I will blacklist the customer and they will no longer be able to purchase from me. If a customer is selling my work for nefarious reasons, I will blacklist them and they will no longer be able to buy my work. I reserve the right to blacklist ANY customer from purchasing my art, for any reason If I feel it poses a threat to me or my business.
Custom Orders, Holds, Payment Plans and Personalized Orders
I do not do commissions, holds, payment plans, custom orders or bulk sales.
Tracking your package.
Customers can track your package at USPS.com using your tracking number. Tracking may not show once international parcels leave the United States.
What if I put the wrong address?
I ship your order to the address you provides and that you put in, and check before purchasing. If you don't update your address at checkout you risk your package going to the wrong destination. If you need me to change an accidental incorrect address you must get a hold of me through e-mail (on my contact me page) BEFORE I ship your items. Fair warning I usually ship items out quickly (next day if I can) so do not delay in reaching out for help. I will not be liable for packages going to the wrong place or being returned to me if you don't claim it at the post office or use the wrong address. Any packages returned to me marked "return to sender", "no such address","moved- address unknown" etc... ) by no mistake of my own, MAY be eligible to be re-shipped. I might reship it to you at *your* cost, depending on the situation. I will email you if I receive the returned package, If I don't receive any communication from you after I notify you, the items may be refunded and resold. If the item is lost/never returned after delivery to an incorrect address, I can't do anything for you. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your information is current and correct.
How long does it take my order to ship?
It usually takes me 1-3 days to pack and get your orders to the post office, I strive to get orders out ASAP (the next day if possible). From there, USPS can take 3-5 days for domestic US orders, and 2-8 weeks for international orders. These times are just an estimate, shipping times are delayed for many reasons, none if which I have control over. All US orders come with tracking, but international order tracking will vary by country.
My package hasn’t arrived?
I have no control over packages as once your item is shipped, it’s up to USPS. I am not responsible for loss or damage. If you have concerns about your order you may email me and I will try to help you. I will at best offer a refund for half the value of the order, but only after a month and a half past the shipping date (United States) and three months past the shipping date for international orders. We will split the loss at best, but every situation will be different. I make no promise to refund orders that are lost by USPS.
International Orders and Customs fees for orders outside the U.S.
I ship world wide to *most* countries and I have no control of international shipping, customs fees, tariffs and post offices. I do not ship to certain countries because of many reasons including: unreliable postal services, war or natural disasters, certain laws on packaging, very high taxes/tariffs, or countries known for counterfeiting items. I can not be held liable for lost or stolen packages once the item is delivered to the post office. This is a risk you must be willing to take when purchasing from me. I write the correct amount on all customs forms and I will not falsify any documents for anyone (including marking a purchase as a gift). When I sign a customs form it is a federal document and it is illegal for me to falsify information on said document (perjury) . If customs realizes the information is false you (the customer) will be liable for fees anyway and any legal issues arising from it. I can't engage in illegal behavior that can put me, my business, or you at risk.
Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?
Once shipped, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you want to cancel your order be sure to message me BEFORE the order is shipped and I can try to assist you. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me and we can hopefully come to a happy resolution.
My item arrived damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or if you have any problems with your order, please email me (with photos of the damage) within three day of delivery. We will come a custom solution for you.
My item I bought from you broke, can you fix it?
I always strive for the best quality and durability, but accidents happen. If you break your item at any time feel free to contact me and I may be able to fix the item for you or come to a custom solution for the problem. My main concern is always for my customers to be happy and enjoy their products for a long time. Please message me at fairiesandfancies@gmail.com to discuss any issues.
Packaging and Gift-wrapping
I use sturdy cardboard boxes and tissue paper to ship my items and bubble mailers for some items. Items are all wrapped with care to protect it during shipping. I do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
